Analyse financial data to assess the crossover of customer data across businesses.

Project details

The client was analysing the feasibility of sharing reference data for clients across their Asset Management and Stock Broking businesses and were also investigating rationalising of operations across the globe. They required a report on how client data could be shared and how much data was shared across the two businesses across the various regions. The consultant used Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and charts to show the various degrees of data sharing by business, region and client.

Project outcome

The client was left with a report which was integral to assessing how their operations could be rationalised across the globe.
