The client was preparing for a review by their overseas owners and required greater visibility of the viability and profitability of their business units. The consultant worked with a departmental manager to prepare financial models and a presentation which demonstrated that the Smelting Operations were profitable.

Project outcome

The client was left with a financial model and presentation content that they could easily take forward so that the owners of the company were better informed about business unit profitability.
