Listen, analyse, plan
We work with you to understand your business and situation. Then, we review the technologies available to underpin the solution. Finally, we deliver a detailed presentation of our proposed solution. At the same time we confirm that all the required Testing, DevOps and Project staff are in place.
Prototype and build
Next we create an end to end prototype of the finished solution to to confirm what the system will look like, how it will flow and identify any technical challenges to be overcome.
Build, test, demo
Next we create, or play our part in creating the system. Our role(s) can be Solution Architect, Lead Developer, DevOps Consultants or sole contractors. Along the way we ensure that the application and infrastructure is fully tested and deployed using automation.
Automate, test, wrap up
Finally, we present the finished system and help you go live.
